When will my order ship?

We will endeavour to dispatch goods 1-3 days following order confirmation. This is dependent on goods availability. Please refer to stock status for availability.

In the rare event our stock shows goods as available however goods are out of stock, we will contact the buyer to discuss delayed shipping time frames or a refund.   

The buyer will be provided with a track and trace number for their parcel upon dispatch from our warehouse.

We do not provide or ship items outside of New Zealand.  

Freight options

Standard delivery fees (North Island – South Island)

Freight prices are calculated automatically depending on your delivery location and shown before proceeding to the final checkout stage of your purchase.

Greater Auckland customers have the option of freight free pick up from our warehouse.

Return of goods charges

Any damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent goods will be return shipped at a cost to Waterford Painting & Trade Supplies at the following address:

Any unwanted/change of mind goods will be up to the purchaser to return at their cost.    

There may be unfortunate circumstances where goods are damaged in transit and will not be required for return. This will be decided after contact has been made to discuss the damages no later than 7 days from receiving goods. Photographic evidence of damages will be required.
